Starwood has just launched a summer promotion which covers hundreds of properties in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. It is labeled as targeted, but apparently anyone can register. You get 1,000 bonus points at most brands except Four Points, which awards 500 points. Properties and dates vary, so check the lists.
