Partner airline promotions

The MileMaven promotion table has two columns: one for the program, the other for the airline. From time to time we run into promotions which do not involve the program's parent airline. For example, both US Airways Dividend Miles and Air Canada Aeroplan are currently offering double miles when flying Asiana, the Korean airline that is part of Star Alliance. And Miles & More, the largest European program run by Lufthansa, is offering bonus miles when flying Air Canada.
