New MileCalc feature

I recently got the following email from a MileCalc user:

For the mileage calculator, you might consider adding a calculation if you are purchasing the fare with an airline credit card. For example, the Delta card offers two miles/dollar spent on Delta airfare... and it might be helpful if you could tick a box that allowed you to include those miles in the CPM computation.

What a fabulous idea! So, this feature has now been added to MileCalc. You can now include credit card miles in the cpm (cents-per-mile) and total miles calculations. Just enter the fare and the number of miles per $ that you earn, and MileCalc will take care of the rest. Enjoy!
